find a writer's group in Seattle (read all 2 entries…)
I need a kick in the pants

Maybe a writing group would help. Any advice out there? Any invitations?

Comments:

Depends on what you write. What genre? I know some good, free, online spec fic writers groups.

I write kids' fiction

And I think I need a face-to-face thing. Harder for me to weasel out of.
But thanks!

i want to write a kids book too..

if you find a group let me know. perhaps we could find people and start one. I know i need to get back into the habit of picking up pen (or the proverbial pen known as the keyboard) on a daily basis.

Maybe we should trade stuff...

to see if it might be a good match?

I never know where to start, but I think that if I have someone to exchange ideas with that I can get movin.

What did you have in mind for exchange? ie how

still looking for a writers group

I’m looking for a real world writers group – they work for me better than online. Have you had any success finding one around here?

The one I'm in is on the Eastside.

I never really actually tried to find one. It sort of found me.

I'd be interested if

you come across one!
