unfortunately, i didnt keep track of my weight during or at the beginning of the week, but that wasnt so important…i was just trying to change my habits.
now im not eating out, though, which is saving me tons of money! and ive lost at least some weight, because i weigh 7 pounds less than i did a month ago.
the only problem is exercise…im busy and tired and fat and hate working out…any suggestions?
