So things are still going well I’m down about 2 more pounds and that’s pretty exciting! As far as the whole morning workout thing… not so great?!? It’s so hard but I’m still trying. A good piece of advice is that if the first decision you make in a day is to work out the rest will fall into place- plus it will give you more energy throughout the day!

great idea.

i’ll have to try that whole first morning workout thing. they say you need to work out 30-45 minutes a day. if you workout in the morning, or just a quick walk and you still have energy to workout in the evening, those are bonus calories burned.
