Congratulations! I’m due in March 08 also! I just hit 14 weeks. How are you feeling so far? Are you showing at all yet? My clothes are tight, but I am still waiting for the bump…

Hello and congrats to you too!
I’m due on March 13th, so 16 wks now and I feel huge! At 9 weeks I sneezed and my jeans fastening broke and flew through the air ha ha! I think I might have felt it move but it’s hard to tell what’s what. Soon they will be beating us up. Don’t feel sick anymore but get really grumpy if I don’t eat on time and started the dreaded mood swings.
Did you have fun seeing the baby on a scan yet?

That’s great that we are due the same week! I’m now starting to put on some weight and show a little (I have my appetite back). I also think I’ve been feeling the baby move for about a week, but it’s so strange! We have our next ultrasound at 20 weeks and we hope to find out Boy or Girl. The first ultrasound was done at 8 weeks so the baby was still kind of a blob!

Hello,
Hope you are healthy and well. How was the scan? I was in mine for an hour cos I had a trainee, I couldn’t see screen that well and mum and hubby were talking about biology so it was not very emotional (!)but baby seemed fine am getting excited now, time is going to fly. A lot of challenges cos am kind of starting a business (pretty bad timing) in a new city but getting as much rest as possible. Am not too scared about the birth just about coping after! We didnt find out boy or girl but I wanted to! Did you?

Hi Rachel,
Sorry, I have not logged on to 43 things for a couple of months! We had an ultrasound around 20 weeks and really wanted to know boy or girl, but baby was hiding it from us! Then, unfortunately, we had to go back for more ultrasounds to monitor one of the baby’s lungs that wasn’t looking good. BUT luckily by the scan around 27 weeks, we were given the all-clear that the problem looked like it corrected itself and baby’s lung was going to function normally…so we are trying not to worry.
Anyway, with all of the scans we had to do, we got to find out that we are having a girl! I am so excited! I can’t believe she could be here in just 2 months! I am looking forward to the birth. Hope yours goes really well!
