I believe that’s true. Something to do with those long winter nights around Christmas…?

I think I bought three birthday cards at the same time last week.

Where I grew up most kids are March-June wich means we were concieved in our winter. I grew up around farmers and winter is when there’s little farm work to do. Hence staying inside with the mrs, not tuckered out each night.

I remember having this disscussion with a friend who rekoned most people she knew were September-November, meaning they were concieved in Summer. This is when city folk, Townies as we called them back the day, went to the beach and to barbeques etc. More drunkness, meeting new people, more children concieved.

If our theroires are correct and taking into account that around 80% of people in devoloped countries are urban nowdays then September would be expected to rate highly. This corresponds with conception in December.

Just realising this is winter, being as you are in the northern hemishpere, my theroy is blown to shit, I’ll shut up now.

Well it doesn’t make much sense in my life. The busiest month for me is December (including both of my house mates are born then). I personally know only one who are born in September. (43T doesn’t count)

Don’t know if it’s true or not, but as for me I only know one person born in September.

and whenever someone asks me in the philosophical sense, “why are you here?”....

i grin and tell them “well, i’m here because my mom and dad had nothing to do but rock the casbah on New Year’s of 1981/82!” :D

My birthdays on september 25th :DDDDD go september. I know lots of people

everyone and their brother was born in february.

i have like 5 relatives or relatives of relatives that were all born on my birthday. plus hauki and a few others too. :)

only a few in september though.

I know quite a lot of people with birthdays in September but none in my family. October-November seems to be the peak months for family birthdays. Mine is October 26, my brother’s is the 29. I have an uncle with a birthday on October 25. My dad’s was November 5. My grandfather’s was November 8. I also have an Aunt born on November 16 and a cousin born on November 18. My daughter is expecting with a due date of November 22.

In my husband’s family the birthday month is February. His birthday, my stepdaughter’s birthday and a nephew’s birthday are right there real close together.
