Do Crunches Every Day

I’m going to start doing crunches every day. I am 8 pounds from my goal weight (130) but it seems like all those 8 pounds are sitting right on my belly area. I’m not seeing a lot of change in my belly area from 150 pounds, really. I found a site that has great instructions including photos for doing abdominal crunches:
