I think it all depends on what happens after you vomit:

If you feel better? Good vomit.
If you feel the same or worse? Bad vomit.
If you vomit on your date? Very bad vomit.
If you are vomited upon? Very very bad vomit.
If you vomit on a cop while being pulled over for drunk driving? Worst vomit ever…
