I just acquired a 17-page tip book with lots of cool ideas.
I also found a couple of great scrapbooking books at the public library’s book sale.

... to get back to you. I have been painting murals for 12 to 16 hours a day for the past two weeks and have only come in here periodically to get a bit of a rest.
Some of the books have the word “Scrapbook” in their title, such as:- Scrapbooking Your Favorite Family Memories

- Making Scrapbooks, a complete guide to Preverving your treasured memories
- Montage Memories: Creating Altered Scrapbook pages
- Rendering Highlights
- The Art of Color Calligraphy
- Fantastic Painted Finishes
Our library has an ongoing book sale, so there were lots of titles to choose from. These all had things inside that I thought I would actually use in my altered art.
I haven’t checked up on you for a little while. How is your altered book coming along? Any news on the headache issue? Did you get your ring back yet?
