:) How about if I help you? It may be a bit difficult, but we can keep each other motivated. We will hold each other accountable and see if we can keep each other on track. Once we hit a goal.. say.. 3 times a week without skipping for 2 weeks, reward yourself with a manicure or with pants or something. I collect swords so when I lose ten pounds, I get a sword :) It really helps.
Rewards are a good idea. I didn’t think of that…rewarding myself with food that I haven’t had in a while doesn’t count, does it? Lol.
