I would love to take a ‘basics +’ class.
While I think I would know most everything, I’m sure I would get tips that would save me sooo much time and energy to be able to whip up yummy meals in a flash.

Have you looked at baking911.com? I love how it breaks down why things work and don’t work in baking recipes.

My husband loves watching the show with me and it definitely has helped improve his cooking & baking skills.
