I’m trying a new tactic, I’m still obsessing about my food, I am writing everything I will eat each day, and ticking it off as I go, I am about to start the “abs diet” which means u have to eat six times a day, so even tho i am still very food focused and get to have the feeling of control I am eating regularly and healthily, hopefully it will jst become habit and I wont have to think about it!
