be more patient with people who annoy me (read all 3 entries…)
The trouble with this goal...... 2 years ago

is that it annoys me!!!!
Seriously, I’m having a tough time getting the thoughts in my head to turn to positive vibes when in a situation or around people who I find totally irritating and annoying.
I’m reading a good book at the moment ‘Overcoming Anger & Irritability’ by William Davies, and I can identify with everything it says but I just don’t seem to be able to be one of those cool & calm people who don’t let anything hassle or worry them. How do I do it! Any advice is welcome …..

When you are dealing with these people instead of confronting them you can use body language that they should pick up on sub-conciously. I’ll list a few that I use on a regular bais (works to for people you are not intrested in having hit on you). Turn you face away from them while there speaking. Make sure you are not pionting anything towards them (feet, knees, hands ect). Chew ice, its a sign of anxity. Slup if you want to look tired. Other than that I would sugest an awsome fantasy life you can tune into when you need to tune someone out.
