I am a big guy. Not as fat as one might think for a 340lb dude…but…I have always felt my best between 260-280…I think instead of bullshit diets and fads I will just eat better, less and not so late in the day.
I have been under 300 for almost 3 months…..Now at 289..want to get to 250 now!
excellent! as i always say – do things in moderation only eat what your body needs to operate – anything over that can make you tired and lazy, unless you get out and do some exercise to balance the extra food in take. if there is certain food that gives you pleasure then have it but only now and then – not every day!!!! keep going and good luck.
