Miss_Bee loves driving!
....and I know I am fitter because I can run for 30 seconds a time when I was lucky to manage 10 seconds 6 weeks ago.
As well as that I walked up a hill (behind me house) that normally leaves me completely out of breath and light headed but when I walked up it, it only left me slightly breathless so I am seeing a big improvement in my fitness.
I know I still have a long way to go but it is nice to see some changes in my fitness levels and I know if I lose weight I’d be able to get fitter quicker because carrying around all my extra weight is hindering how much I can do.
