I think it’s because I set my alarm earlier than I need to…
This took me FOREVER to figure out, but the biggest factor for me is when I go to sleep. If I’m going to be home I go through my whole nighttime routine- get ready for bed, turn down my bed, do a relaxation exercise, take a shower- two hours before I want to go to bed. If I’m going to be out late I see which things I can do before I go out, like set out my things out for tomorrow and turn down my bed.
