Ordered a pre-birthday mojito at a cafe. The one I make won’t taste exactly like this; Rat Under Paper tends to like mixed beverages on the sweeter side.
This isn’t necessarily a vulgar taste, perhaps a little provincial.

might i suggest...

making them with vanilla rum if you like sweet.they are very very yummy! or a regular one with a splash of chambord( black raspberry liquer) is tasty too.
