the absolute MOST that anyone can expect to loose is about 5 pounds a week. I lost my weight by starving myself, eating 800 calories a day or less for about six months.
in theory, if you ate as little as I did, it is possible for you to reach that goal.
however, I don’t recomend it. My weight loss seemed great while it was happening, and it is nice not to be fat anymore, but it has come with a price. I have an eating disorder. My hair falls out in clumps every and I can’t bring myself to eat healthy amounts of food. My immune system is so fucked up that I’ve had a missreble sinus infection since around October, resulting in countless hospital visits, CT scans, and now I’m sheduled for two surgeries.
Try eating around 1500 calories a day. You’ll loose weight. Probably around 50 pounds by May.
Please, take my advice.
