I’ve joined the college gym and, while I still need to get into a regular routine, it feels great to be properly exercising again. I thought I’d have to force myself to go, but it’s great to feel in control of this goal again after a less than successful summer. I haven’t weighed myself in a while because I want to concentrate on developing a routine rather than on the figures right now. I’ll give myself at least a week before I start tracking my weight again.

So have you been going to the gym regularly? Any progress?
...but since I’m still struggling a bit with my food routine at college, I haven’t noticed any real progress and suspect I have barely been maintaining this past week. I’ll get there though – still aiming to drop a dress size before Christmas. How are you doing with your weight loss? I’ve been so busy lately I don’t get much of a chance to check in on everyone.

I’m glad to know the cows arrived safely there. Make sure you go and mark off that you’ve completed this goal.
I’ve been bad the last few weeks, since my birthday actually, and have put some of the pounds I lost back on. I’ve started hitting the gym twice a day again so I should be able to drop the weight back off. I still want to get to my high school weight, and know I’ll do it eventually.
...I thought it was plastic cows you had been sending!
Wow, twice a day – I’m really impressed. I’ve also put back on some of the weight that I had lost and while it’s a bit depressing, at least we’re not letting ourselves slip any further down that very slippery slope. Good for you, Todd.

Well, there were all different kinds of cows that were being sent via the mail. I’ve been looking for an inexpensive source of miniature cows but haven’t located one yet. When I do, I’ll make sure you receive one of them too.
