stop smoking

Worth doing!

I got so annoyed with the idea of reading a book to help me stop smoking that I just stopped smoking, and didn’t have to read the book.

I imagined that a really nasty person with whom I had just had a disagreement was the one offering me the cigarettes. I imagined they were pushing them on me, knowing they would cost me money and ruin my health. That image is the one I used every time I felt like a cigarette.
