As of Monday I’m offically in the fold, with all the crap like medicals to ensure I’m fit. health insurance so the government don’t have to fork out ACC, Proper overtime, training incentives, upskilling requirements and the big speach about being a saftey concisous team player and honest reliable coworker cos I’m one their most vauable assets now. I’m fast tracked into Kiwi saver, have a vauge promises of share options, pay reviews and long service accument if I can handle the joys of minor construction (our department). On the plus side they have branches in the NZ and Aus so maybe I can transfer out of this god fearing provincal capital into a truely debauchourus and alienating city. Or some back blocks branch where everyone’s a hard cunt fresh of the farm and do it large in the boondocks. But I’m fulltime, permanant and sign sealed dilivered. (just don’t ask about how I beat the drug test)
