i have truly had this goal for over a year.. and i have done some posting, but not as much as i would have liked to. so.. I am challenging myself!

I find it kind of funny that all my challenges involve eating something gross if i fail…interesting..

I posted a picture on my flickr of a note someone posted in the golden gate park.. and it truly got me thinking about this goal and how i have not done my part.
