was for a battered womens shelter in the name of my friend Linda. She had experienced some when she was with a boyfriend. Linda and I had thrown a huge picnic for all our friends and their friends after she got out of her abusive relationship. I think there was over 100 people, food, drinks and a live band. Such a great time!! After Linda died in the car accident, I decided to do it again but as a fundraiser for the shelter. Raised over $800 and clothes for the shelter.
