I haven’t been eating breakfast lately and I’ve been feeling very dehydrated, hungry, and tired until I finally get to eat and drink something (which sometimes isn’t until the afternoon). I need to make time to start eating breakfast again…that means I’ll have to plan it ahead of time, so it’ll be something healthy too…

it’s hard to eat a healthy/balanced breakfast if you are on a go in the morning – if you are going to be super busy and sometimes skip lunch, maybe you could try to store some apples or good breakfast bars at work (somewhere that is handy and you can grab and eat in a couple minutes). when you were dizzy and feeling lack of oxygen, those little snacks are life savers!
I’m still trying to work on this. When I do eat breakfast in the morning, it still isn’t very healthy. I used to do that fruit and bars thing, but haven’t really been doing it consistently lately. Sometimes I’ll throw in a banana into my bag and other times I’ll just drink some water and leave for the day. I know that isn’t good at all because when I get home, I’ll just eat whatever and not care if it’s healthy or not because I’ll be very hungry by then. Thanks for the reminder and tips…
experimenting
I tried egg white and herbal turkey breast today for breakfast. The turkey breast was bought from Trader Joes and it’s in a bag and ready to go. The day before I boiled several eggs and got rid of the yoke and kept the white. It does look kind of odd for breakfast but it’s very FAST. I finished eating two eggs plus two pieces of turkey meat in two minutes! Hey it’s high protein and pretty healthy too. Anyways, just an experiment and you could give it a try.
