so in high school, 3 yrs ago, i weighed 128. so its possible. and if i do this healthy, it will be a 10lb loss in two months. so I need to cut down to 1500kcal a day. its possible. no more junk food. eat well in the morning, brush my teeth, chew gum, and DRINK LOTS MORE WATER!! motivation picture follows:
