I’ve been using a Zune to download music to listen to while I’m walking. I’ve got it full of music, but it’s not easy to select the songs that are fast enoough to keep me moving and sweating. I’m just not good enough to make a good playlist so i resort to ABBA. I’ve found that anything ABBA has a fast enough beat, which is fine cause I like ABBA. Hey! I’m a child of the 70’s, what can I say? :)

I’ve been playing around with downloading some podcasts (Bible reading and Spanish lessons) and found some podcasts for running and walking! How cool is that? Someone (bless their heart) has thought of me and creates podcasts for my workouts. Thank you PodRunner and Prevention Magazine.
