I remember reading this summer about a man and his website entitled something along the lines of (this is such a uncomplimentary name, but true nonetheless) “Fat Man Walking”.

He had decided to walk across the US after dealing with his issues of obesity. Fascinating to read the website of his journey. If it is something you decide to do, I would encourage you to keep a website journal. It was fascinating to read and I cannot imagine all the many incredible adventures you would have ahead of you. Wow. What a neat goal to have!
