eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day

Well, I try hard. I really like fruit and veggies, especially fruit: love apples, bananas, plums (having one right now), peaches, melon, watermelon, pineapple, grapes, cherries, pears, oh, you get the picture. :) But I have to consciously remind myself to have five portions a day. I try something like this: one with breakfast (a piece of fruit or a fruit juice); two with lunch (a large salad, or a small salad and a juice); one with dinner (more salad, or more fruit); and one as a snack any time during the day (piece of fruit). It’s easy to keep up with when I can remember, but it’s also very easy to forget about the salad or the fruit and just have a burger… :) But I feel rewarded when I make it, and that’s a lot.
