It is a rewarding experience, it would be cool to see what you’ve come up with. I’ve done shoddy stop-mo, and I’m looking into doing hand drawn animation. Have any pointers?

My method isn’t totally conventional but it works for me. what i do is i do is draw out all my characters backgrounds etc. Scan them into the computer break them up into individual parts. like the character would be broken up in to body head 3 partes to each hand and each leg depending on how much movement you want. I bring them into a software package like flash and animate them in that. Not sure if this is any help what so ever?
