So this weekend went really well.
I went out to the beach all day Saturday and ate really healthy while out with my fiends. (a low cal juice smoothy from a juice bar) for lunch and a yougurt for dinner, while my friends had subway,fish and chips ect. So i think i did really well.
Sunday i had lots of veges and this weekend i exercised alot. im really noticing my weight loss. This is working well for me.
