I’ve been on this goal for about 3 or 4 weeks. and i did great the first week. lots of water. lots of green tea. but… i slipped a few times. got back on. slipped.. back on.. i’m mostly off. i’m trying to go 100% off soda. but for the past couple of weeks i’ve had about …. 2 or 3 each week. which isnt bad… way better than my 1 per day. so.. i’ll work harder. hopefully with my exercising and eating right i can knock off some serious weight.
