I am so ashamed….I came to have another Tootsie Pop in my posession and had kept it safe for the past few weeks, waiting till the perfect moment where I could exercise self-cotrol. Yesterday I broke. I must have devoured it in a world record, I was so discusted with my total lack of diciplen. I will hang my head in shame and put this goal on hold till I can look myself in the eye again…
