It’s Secret, but I can tell you it’s underground. I can give you this picture of the entrance though. That’s Eddie, the gaurd, just give him the secret password and he’ll let ya in.
And in regards to what it takes to be evil, I’m not to sure. But if that’s the route you wish to take, this Evil On A Budget Guide may be helpful to you.
