and I love Nano. It’s a great excuse to get something out, and then re-work it. I’ve lost count of how many years I said I’d ‘win’. That said, I have yet to.

One of my road blocks has been that I don’t write in sequence, I just run with random sparks until they burn out. I see the whole thing in my head, and my fingers or my voice are always trying to catch up with the vision. More often than not I get new pictures before the two meet.

I’m trying again, and I have reason to believe, this year will be different.

And if the writing isn’t effortless, plot means nothing.
