It is tough to know exactly when I will have achieved this goal.

If 43 people cheer it, will it mean I’ve helped them smile?

Perhaps a measure could be gaining 43 comments from 43 different people about my blogtoon – Ask the News-Hound

If it gives them reason to smile, then perhaps that qualifies.
