go to burning man
Kounter Kulture Koolness

I so want to attend Buring Man for its counter culture aspects. I just think it would be totally cool to unplug for a few days and live somewhere entirely off the map. Though, nowadays, is it, or anything else “entirely” off the map?

Comments:

yes. it's off the map.

it’s not about being cool though.

it not about someone else’s opinion.

it’s about you being you, no one else will care, either way.

OK, glad no one cares. Still think it would be cool, i.e., fun, nice, interesting, to go. You’re right, it doesn’t matter about other people’s opinions. As for off the map, books are written about it, articles in all the major magazines…that isn’t much off the map if everyone knows about it. The original Burning Man took place in San Francisco with about 30 neighbors and friends. It got so big they had to move to the desert. Now, how off the map is that?
