ScreamForTheStars is going to Australia so I am going to lose 10 pounds!
Ok so I have been trying to go on the treadmill everyday at 7pm so I don’t eat.
I hate eating after 7pm.
Yeah, the treadmill will help my stomach but it will work my legs more (which I am thankful for) but I need to get motivated to do crunches.
I just can’t seem to get into doing it!
But I will do it, I want a flat stomach for NY this xmas!
I will and can do it.
How is everyone else doing?
