Lose 10 pounds

tomorrow. october 22.. ill start a diet… i lost 52 pounds.. just by myself.. i used to weight 180 and now a weight 128.. I take break of two weeks.. now im want to loose more maybe 10 o 15..
the problem is lost a lot of weight.. but i dont see any change
