setting practical goals for my plan
I used to be very athletic and I enjoy a lot of outdoor activities. However, ever since I changed my career path, I have spent more time on work than ever so as to get everything on the right track. 15 months on the new job, I feel more comfortable and confident. Meanwhile, I think it’s time for me to start a new exercise program to keep fit. What am I going to do? I would spend one hour a day to exercise, either jogging, playing badminton or doing yoga. I’d love to lose some weight and keep healthy at the same time.
