Actually doing quite well with this one…. by default. Just busy with the kids and reading some books that I got from the library and trying to be available for my hubby has kept me from zoning out to TV land as frequently. I am also making an effort not to sit and watch TV just because it is on. If the hubby is watching something I am not interested in, I try to busy myself with some other task, rather than sit and veg.
