I haven’t been doing so well. My eating is out of control, especially at night. I have decided to cut my breakfast to 150 calories and add 150 calories to at night.

breakfast should be your biggest meal for the day, because it speeds up your metabolism. maybe you meals in between are too small causing you to eat alot a night. but maybe this plan could work out too, i dont know xD hope it turns out well though!
