I’ve never really been able to embrace my family’s heritage because its so mixed up, but since I got married I have discovered the interesting history of my husband’s Scottish family. He did research on his family for a school report and he even got into contact with relations in Scotland that he would never have talked to had he not done the research. The family actually has two castles in Scotland, one is a musuem and the other is ruins. Someday I want to go there and enjoy my husband’s heritage with him!!
