Yeah, I agree it is a good idea to be supportive of each other and give advice on here!

I have started to be more active again because I am not pleased with my overall look and really want to feel healthy in all ways. I think that is a better goal—health—than losing weight alone. Better to gain something than to lose. Personally I wouldn’t obsess over every calorie as that’s not a realistic life change. I heard a rule in this one book I’m reading that says “If it won’t go bad, it’s not good for your body.” Something as simple as that can be a good guideline for what you should or shouldn’t eat.

Anyway, any ideas for different hobbies/forms of exercise that are a bit varied from the usual walking, dance, swimming, etc? I’d like to find something new with which to absorb my free time! Thanks!

You can select a body part (the people are huge on there…kinda scary looking) but they have some great exercises and TONS!! I love searching through them! There’s a lot I would have never thought of! Good Luck!!
