Lately I’ve been dealing with feelings of anger, frustration, resentment, annoyance, etc. As I evaluate these things, I think of when I point a finger at someone, 3 fingers are pointing back at me.
This post made me think of that.
Tristan is a soft, blank slate
A friend helped me deal with a major source of anger for me last week. She helped me dig and find out what was genuinely bothering me, and ever since then I haven’t been nearly as angry. I just realized this afternoon that I haven’t been upset over it since we talked. It amazes me how easily upsets can evaporate when I get to the honest core of them.

Root Cause
If we can get to the root cause of issues of anything, that’s always the best. It’s not until we do that we can truly solve the challenges in our lives, IMHO.
Glad you guys got to the root of it and move beyond it. I’m not sure what my root is at this time.
