Well, I’ve lost 3.7 lbs. It may not seem much but it means I can do it. Our vow renewal ceremony is in less that 2 years and want to look better and healthier than I did when we first were married. I want to knock my husbands socks off (LOL).

My favorite thing to do is TAE-BO. It’s awesome. The key for me is allowing myself to mess up and indulge sometimes. Journaling and goal making (w/rewards of course) helps. In terms of exercise, I get bored real easy. So some days I do Tae-Bo. Others I just walk. I do stretches/yoga in the morning and the same before I go to bed. I have to completely exhaust myself in order to sleep well because after 6 six kids I get serious insomnia. I plan everything I eat. I just eat balanced meals. I don’t count calories or fat grams. I don’t have time. I cook w/my kids. This encourages me to want to feed them healthy as well. It’s not easy but I want to be there for my kids and husband for a lot longer.
