Ok

soooooo…. I guess first step is seeing what nutrious means to me. I am not supposed to drink milk etc as it makes me sooo ill. Cheese I am ok with in small batches but I had cheese about 6 times last week and my body is still protesting. I would ideally like to have a diet filled with fresh produce and lots of protein. I love salads and I have learnt that if I chop up extra one night and put all the ingreediants into little containers then when I am feeling blah I can just whip one up. I like that. I LOVE meals that are easy to prepare. I do love cooking and eventually I would like to spend time preparing meals. At the moment I cant afford nice food so I have NO enthusiasm at all for food. I mean I am seriously debating whether I can afford to buy groceries this week. How sad is that. I have a bill that is due and I really think that the $10 I have this week should go towards that. Hmmmm who knows. It is really hard but in the long run I think it will be worthwhile having this time off.
