The devotees at the Rat Temple make offerings of food to the thousands of rats residing in the temple. I read that some of the devotees believe the rats are reincarnations of humans. I would be thrilled to see so many rats, and would not mind if some of them scurried over my feet! The biggest obstacles to attaining this goal are the $$$ to make this a reality, and the fact that no one else in my family considers this a top travel location.
