I use the “webcam” program on my Ubuntu laptop. It takes a picture every minute and uploads it to the website. It also saves all the pictures locally.

I was disturbed to see how grim (and concentrated) I look when I’m working on the computer, much unlike most other photos where I smile and look happy for the camera.

So now I’m trying to remind myself to relax and smile more.
