More worth it than anything! 2 years ago

I’m now 7 months post transplant, and doing great. Time to start putting my life back together. I’m right on the verge of getting a new job that sounds really exciting, and I’ve bought myself a new project that I’ve always wanted. A 62 Karmann Ghia.

For those who are just starting, it goes a lot quicker than it seems if you keep a positive outlook the whole time. You will get through it. And don’t forget to thank those nurses when you’re done. They’re the best, aren’t they?
