THE PLAN: — 9 months ago
-cut back on carbs. only eat carbs twice a day.
-no more chocolate and candy and ice cream and cookies
-continue avoiding pop and chips
-get at least 30 minutes of exercise per day plus try to fit in a muscle conditioning or toning activity
-eat balanced meals
-STOP snacking on chocolate
-no eating after 10 (even on weekends!)
