SugarVixen 2013:Traveling and building strong foundations in all areas of my life
So I’ve been trying to eat better as a lifestyle change and I’ve done okay. I ate bad Halloween week while my cousin was in town but that’s okay I can’t always be good. But since then I’m finding it a little harder to eat good because I got used to eating sweets again, which is always my weekness. I have to work on that the next couple of weeks.
I still haven’t been exercizing though. I chose to walk a couple of time instead of drive but it’s not enough. I was sick this week and I gotten out of the habit of walking. I am behind on my gym bill so I need to pay that and start going. I’ll also have a better work schedule soon so I think I have a little more energy and time to go. Just needs to become a priority.

Full workouts 2-3 times a week
Schedule them not just wait and see if I “feel like it”
~More Water (Buy a reuseable waterbottle)
~More walks with Dylan!!!
~Oatmeal in the morning (or just a good breakfast in general)
~Not so much Coffee when I switch back to the day shift
~Drink more tea
~Read labels more
~Don’t let eating sweets get out of hand again
~Just continue to generally try to watch what I eat
~Bring good food to work when I start days again
*What I’ve accomplished from the list
No Junkfood I’ve done pretty good on this till very recently, I will tighten up on it again
Not so many vitamin waters I hardly ever drink them anymore.
No starbucks lattes I can’t believe this was even on here, I never even go to starbucks anymore!!
Chill out on white flour or fried food (fries, bread, pasta, ect) I’ve done pretty good I don’t get chips at all anymore and usually eat wheat bread, I’ve done okay with fried foods.
No more waiting so long to eat and then eating worse because of hunger I’ve gotten a lot better on this!!
No eating out of boredom at work I don’t usually eat at work anymore!!
Chill out on beer and wine with dinner I still drink beer with dinner sometimes just not as much as I was.
